ABOUT R44 SPRAYHAWK

Purpose-Built for Aerial Applicators: Aerial application demands precision, consistency, and throughput — often under tight seasonal windows and challenging operating conditions. SPRAYHAWK was designed specifically to meet those demands without exposing pilots to unnecessary risk or limiting operational tempo.

Built on a proven Robinson helicopter platform and adapted for unmanned operation, SPRAYHAWK combines automated flight, precision spray control, and terrain-following capability to deliver repeatable application at scale. With production rates exceeding 200 acres per hour and a 110-gallon useful capacity, operators spend less time refilling and repositioning — and more time spraying.

DESIGNED FOR THE MISSION:
AUTOMATED AERIAL APPLICATION, BUILD FOR SCALE

Automated Spray Path Following

SPRAYHAWK executes pre-programmed spray routes with automated path following, ensuring consistent coverage while reducing pilot workload.

Precision Flow Control

Integrated spray and flow-control systems enable accurate application rates across varying terrain and field conditions.

Terrain-Following Capability

Onboard sensing and flight control systems allow SPRAYHAWK to follow terrain automatically, maintaining consistent height and swath.

High-Throughput Spray Architecture

A 110-gallon spray capacity and up to 60-foot swath width support efficient coverage of large fields with fewer passes.

Ag-Nav Integrated Mission Planning

SPRAYHAWK integrates Ag-Nav’s GUIA Platinum and Ag-Mission software, providing trusted mission planning, navigation, and post-flight reporting used by professional applicators worldwide

OPERATOR BENEFITS

  • Apply more acres per hour with fewer people
  • Reduce pilot exposure during low-altitude applicatio
  • Maintain consistent spray quality across terrain
  • Minimize downtime with high-capacity payloads
  • Leverage familiar aviation infrastructure and support networks
